  • Additional services may include IT solutions, gate motor installation, and event security management.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the contracted services.
  • Notify DCP Security Services of any changes to service requirements or conditions that may affect performance.
  • Maintain open communication with our team for seamless service delivery.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees are agreed upon before the commencement of services and outlined in a formal agreement.
  • Payments must be made in full and on time as per the agreed schedule.
  • Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

4. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during service engagement.
  • DCP Security Services will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Service Limitations

  • DCP Security Services does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service delivery due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or acts of God.
  • Liability for damages resulting from service limitations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, as outlined in the agreement terms.
  • Termination may occur immediately if there is a breach of contract or failure to comply with these Terms.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled within the agreed timeframe.

7. Liability

  • DCP Security Services is not liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • The company will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard client property and personnel but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all risks.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless DCP Security Services from claims or damages resulting from non-compliance with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, reports, and methodologies provided by DCP Security Services remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of company materials is prohibited.

9. Modifications to Services or Terms

  • DCP Security Services reserves the right to update or modify services and these Terms at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of such changes.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with South African legal procedures.
